GALWAY — A 52-year-old man was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging him with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Todd E. Wilbur of Galway was taken into custody by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office on the class E felony charge issued by Edinburg Town Court.
Wilbur is accused of stealing more than $1,000 from a person for whom he allegedly agreed to perform home improvements in August 2024.
He was released on an appearance ticket at the direction of Judge Thomas McGroder of Edinburg Town Court pending further proceedings.
