FAIR HAVEN — Fair Haven Police arrested Shelby K. Seagren, 30, of Fair Haven on Sept. 11 after responding to a reported shoplifting incident.
Police were called to Dollar General at 4:30 p.m. for a shoplifting complaint.
Through investigation, police learned Seagren had allegedly selected items and left the store without paying for them.
Seagren was arrested and released on a citation to appear in Rutland District Court at a later date.
