BATH — Officers with the Village of Bath Police Department responded to the Budget Inn on Sept. 25 at approximately 10:37 a.m. to assist New York State Parole officers with a parolee who was found in possession of methamphetamine.
Once on scene, officers determined that the parolee was in possession of a felony amount of methamphetamine.
Shaun M. Haynes, age 26, of Bath, was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, a Class C Felony.
Haynes was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail for arraignment where he remains held without bail.
