HARFORD — A 33-year-old man faces multiple felony charges after allegedly threatening someone with a knife and damaging their vehicle in the Town of Harford.
Dillin R. Wilcox of Route 221 was arrested Sept. 22 at 10:42 a.m. following a disturbance call, according to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies determined Wilcox threatened and menaced an individual known to him with a knife during an altercation.
Wilcox also damaged the victim’s property by puncturing the tires on their vehicle, authorities said.
He was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, menacing in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and aggravated family offense, all felonies.
Wilcox was transported to the Public Safety Building for processing.
He was arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Process at 9:30 p.m. Sept. 22 and released on his own recognizance.
Wilcox is scheduled to appear in Town of Harford Court on Oct. 1 at 5:00 p.m.
