SPRINGFIELD — A 31-year-old Springfield man was arrested Saturday evening on an extraditable warrant from New Hampshire.
Jacob Emery was located at the Springfield Plaza at 5:44 p.m. Sept. 20, according to the Springfield Police Department.
Police said Emery allegedly had an active arrest warrant from the State of New Hampshire.
He was taken into custody and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
Emery was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of bail.
He is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on Sept. 22 at 12:30 p.m.
