CLIFTON PARK — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a minor Tuesday and charged them with two counts of rape in the 1st degree and sexual abuse in the 1st degree.
The rape charges are class B felonies and the sexual abuse charge is a class D felony.
The minor is accused of engaging in oral sexual contact with another person by forcible compulsion and who was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless.
They are also accused of subjecting another person to sexual contact when the other person was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless.
The crimes allegedly occurred in Clifton Park in April, May and June.
The minor was arraigned before the Honorable Michael J. Hartnett of the Youth Part of the Saratoga County Court and released to pretrial services.
