LISBON — New York State Police arrested a 31-year-old Lisbon man on menacing and criminal trespass charges Sept. 23.
Andrew R. Jensen was charged with menacing in the second degree and criminal trespass in the third degree.
Troopers responded to a menacing complaint on County Route 10 in Lisbon at approximately 1:33 p.m. Sept. 22.
An investigation revealed that Jensen entered the victim’s property without permission.
When the victim confronted him, Jensen brandished a knife.
Jensen fled the scene but was later located and arrested.
He was transported to SP Ogdensburg for processing and subsequently arraigned at the Town of Lisbon Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
Jensen was later turned over to the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant.
