LANCASTER — Michael Benoit, 60, of Lancaster, was arrested Sept. 18 on an outstanding warrant while walking on Elm Street.
Officer Kenison spotted Benoit and was aware of the existing arrest warrant, according to the Lancaster Police Department.
Benoit was taken into custody and transported to the police department for processing.
He was released on $385 cash bail with a pending hearing scheduled in Lancaster District Court.
