RICHFORD — Vermont State Police responded to a citizen dispute on Main Street at 11:13 a.m. Sept. 24.
During the investigation, two people were issued citations for disorderly conduct.
Ashley Laplante, 36, of Richford, was cited for disorderly conduct.
Kasey Vincelette, 36, of Richford, was cited for disorderly conduct.
Jeffrey Brown, 34, of Richford, arrived on scene after the initial call and made statements in the presence of law enforcement threatening to harm Laplante.
Brown was charged with aggravated disorderly conduct and unlawful mischief.
Brown was taken to the St. Albans Barracks for processing and lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility.
Bail was set at $200.
