STARKSBORO — A New Haven woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a single-vehicle crash on Vermont Route 17 on Sept. 23.
Danielle M. Conant, 41, was driving a 2024 Mazda CX-50 when the crash occurred near the intersection of Lafayette Road at approximately 6:54 p.m.
Troopers from the New Haven Barracks responded to the scene and identified Conant as the operator.
While speaking with Conant, troopers detected indicators of impairment.
Conant was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and negligent operation.
The vehicle sustained front-end damage in the crash.
No injuries were reported.
Road conditions were wet due to rain at the time of the incident.
Conant was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on Oct. 13 at 12:30 p.m.
