SPRINGFIELD — A 32-year-old Springfield woman was arrested Sept. 18 on an outstanding warrant.
Cassandra Boardman was taken into custody at 3:41 p.m. after officers observed her walking in the area of River Street, according to the Springfield Police Department.
Police said Boardman was known to have an active in-state arrest warrant.
Officers confirmed the warrant through Springfield Dispatch and arrested Boardman without incident.
She was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
Boardman was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on Sept. 19 at 12:30 p.m.
She was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility.
