NIAGARA COUNTY — Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Marvin C. Caffee Jr., 56, of Rochester on Sept. 12.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Caffee was arrested on felony charges.
The charges include two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree.
He also faces two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Caffee was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
