LINCOLN — Rhode Island State Police arrested three individuals in separate incidents between Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning on various charges including drug possession and driving violations.
On Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 9:27 p.m., troopers arrested Tony Lopes, 40, of Pawtucket.
Lopes was charged with possession of a Schedule I-V controlled substance (cocaine) — 10 grams or less and a Family Court bench warrant for a reciprocal body attachment.
The arrest resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Andrew Ferland Way in Pawtucket.
At 2:34 a.m. Wednesday, troopers arrested Talamise Perez Santiago, 22, of Johnston.
Perez Santiago was charged with possession of marijuana — more than 2 ounces and driving with suspended/revoked/cancelled license — fourth and subsequent offense.
This arrest resulted from a Traffic Safety Unit investigation with Perez Santiago being located by Trooper T. Adams.
Lopes and Tessier were processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, while Perez Santiago was processed at headquarters.
Both were held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
