ST. ALBANS — Officers were notified Sept. 22 at approximately 5:49 p.m. that Elizabeth Smalls, 15, had fled from St. Albans City.
Smalls was last known to be wearing a grey sweatshirt, red and black flannel pants, orange slide-on sandals, and a black bonnet.
Smalls has connections to both Franklin and Chittenden counties.
Law enforcement in those areas including the St. Albans Police Department, Winooski Police Department and the Colchester Police Department have attempted to locate Smalls without success.
Anyone with information regarding Smalls or her whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Albans Police Department at (802) 524-2166.
