Rhode Island troopers arrest two men on separate charges

PAWTUCKET — Troopers arrested Carlos Saquic Pol, 27, of Pawtucket, on Sunday, Sept. 21, at 12:15 p.m.

He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in motor vehicle damage.

The arrest followed a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South.

Saquic Pol was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released with a future court date.

Troopers arrested Donald Parada, 26, of Providence, on Monday, Sept. 22, at 3:00 a.m.

Parada was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and possession of a controlled substance, 10 grams or less.

The arrest resulted from a barracks investigation and Parada being located by the North Providence Police Department.

He was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
