CHAMPLAIN — A joint investigation resulted in the arrest of a Champlain man on federal charges related to child sexual abuse material.
John D. McLean, 58, was taken into custody without incident by the New York State Police Troop B Computer Crime Unit and Homeland Security Investigations.
He was charged with possession of child pornography under Title 18, United States Code, Section 2252A(a)(5)(B).
McLean was remanded to the Clinton County Jail with no bail set.
