HORSEHEADS — Marc L. Gublo, 57, of Corning, was arrested on Sept. 19 on an outstanding arrest warrant on a charge of theft of service.
The warrant was issued by Horseheads Town Court on Sept. 5.
Gublo was issued an appearance ticket to appear at the Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
Jaden D. Carr, 26, of Palmyra, was arrested on Sept. 19 on an outstanding arrest warrant on a charge of harassment in the second degree.
The warrant was issued by Big Flats Town Court on March 10, 2024.
Michael R. Mattison, 37, of Elmira, was arrested on Sept. 19 for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Police said Mattison stole merchandise from a Kohl’s store in the town of Horseheads.
He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
Mattison was turned over to the New York State Police on an active warrant.
