NORWOOD — A 25-year-old Massena man was arrested Thursday following a monthslong investigation into harassing and threatening communications.
Nicholas-Jaden Fenn is accused of repeatedly sending texts and making phone calls to a female victim over the course of several months.
The communications involved threats against the woman and her child.
The alleged incidents occurred in both Massena and Norwood.
Fenn was charged with stalking in the third degree.
He was arrested at his Massena residence and arraigned in Massena court.
He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to answer the charges next month in Potsdam court.
An order of protection was issued for the victim.
