STARKSBORO — A 55-year-old man was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of criminal threatening and disorderly conduct by phone following a domestic disturbance.
Michael Gardner of Starksboro was taken into custody after Vermont State Police troopers from the New Haven Barracks responded to a residence on Dove Lane.
Police said their investigation revealed Gardner had tumultuous, violent communication with a family member and made threats of serious bodily injury through electronic means.
Gardner was located and arrested without incident.
He was transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing and issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Sept. 20 at 12:30 p.m.
Gardner was lodged at Marble Valley Correctional Facility on $200 bail.
