JOHNSTOWN — State Police of Fonda with the assistance of the Gloversville Police Department arrested Zachariah S. Etherton, 24 of Gloversville, on Sept. 4 for burglary in the third degree.
On Aug. 21, troopers responded to a business in Arterial Plaza in Johnstown for the report of a past burglary.
The investigation determined during the previous overnight hours Etherton allegedly forcibly entered the business without permission, damaged items within and stolen money.
Etherton was transported from the Fulton County Correctional Facility where he was being held on similar but unrelated charges to State Police Fonda for processing.
He was arraigned at the Johnstown Town Court and returned to the Fulton County Correctional Facility without bail.
