GENEVA — Members of the City of Geneva Police Department’s Uniformed Division arrested Jonathan G. Toledo, a city resident, for petit larceny at approximately 1 a.m. Friday.
The arrest stems from a complaint made Sept. 13 reporting that a Hispanic male stole property from a vehicle parked behind 87 Castle Street.
Officers determined that Toledo was the suspect after receiving video surveillance footage of the rear parking lot of 87 Castle Street.
Toledo was transported to the police department, processed, and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
Toledo was released without bail during the arraignment proceedings and will answer to the charges at a later date.
