FAIR HAVEN — Police arrested a 32-year-old Rutland woman Wednesday after responding to an unwanted person call on Main Street.
Leanne L. Webster was charged with violation of conditions of release and resisting arrest following the 1 p.m. incident.
Police said they were called to a Main Street residence for a reported unwanted person.
Upon arrival, officers found Webster at the residence with the homeowner telling her to leave.
Webster was walked off the property, and a police check revealed she was on conditions of release.
Judge Kerry McDonald-Cady of Rutland District Court had placed Webster on conditions July 29 that prohibited contact with the homeowner.
When police attempted to arrest Webster, she resisted arrest, according to the report.
Webster was lodged at Marble Valley Correctional facility.
Judge Cortland Corsones set bail at $1,000.
