SHELDON — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle that had driven onto a lawn on Route 105 near Route 78 on Sept. 17 at approximately 11:10 p.m.
The operator was identified as Devin Peters, 37, of Alburgh.
While speaking with Peters, troopers observed signs of impairment.
Troopers determined that Peters’ license was under criminal suspension and he had a condition of release prohibiting operation of a motor vehicle.
Peters was processed for DUI and released with a citation to appear at Franklin County Superior Court on Oct. 6 at 8:30 a.m.
He faces charges of DUI, criminal driving with license suspended, and violation of conditions of release.
