SOUTH WINDSOR — South Windsor police arrested Kevin P. Keleher, 66, of East Windsor on Monday at 9:23 a.m. on an active arrest warrant.
Keleher faces charges of criminal mischief in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree.
The charges stem from an August road rage incident in the area of 473 Sullivan Avenue.
Police determined Keleher cut off a tractor trailer, exited his vehicle and used his hands to damage the hazardous materials placard on the front bumper of the tractor trailer.
Keleher turned himself in at police headquarters and was processed and released on a promise to appear.
He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at 9 a.m.
