MIDDLETOWN SPRINGS — Vermont State Police arrested a 45-year-old man on domestic assault charges following a disturbance Sept. 13.
Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to a domestic disturbance at 11:17 p.m.
Through investigation, police determined Gregory Czachor of Middletown Springs caused pain and bodily injury to a family or household member.
Czachor was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
A judicial officer contacted police and issued conditions of release for Czachor.
Czachor was cited to appear at Vermont Superior Court in Rutland on Sept. 15 at 12:30 p.m.
Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of sexual or domestic assault.
