MACEDON — The Macedon Police Department has arrested a 52-year-old Phelps man on assault charges.
Thomas Barse was charged with assault in the second degree.
Barse was processed at the Macedon Police Department and taken to CAP court for arraignment.
The police department did not release additional details about the incident.
