HARTLAND — Vermont State Police troopers responded to a report of an individual attempting to enter a residence and refusing to leave on Sept. 14 at approximately 5:12 p.m.
The incident occurred on US Route 5 in Hartland.
Through investigation, police determined that Amanda M. Sturk, 35, of no fixed address, had committed unlawful trespass.
The victim was identified as Wendy M. Perry, 58, of Hartland.
Sturk was issued a criminal citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division on Oct. 28 at 8:30 a.m.
Sturk was not lodged and no bail was set.
