FLOYD — Deputies responded to a two-car personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on New Floyd Road on Sept. 14 at approximately 8:55 p.m.
Shauna Broadbent, 34, of Holland Patent, was traveling north on Koenig Road in a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse when she collided with a 2019 Toyota Tacoma traveling west on New Floyd Road, driven by William Spinelli, 29, of Syracuse, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol.
Floyd Fire Department and AmCare Ambulance responded to the scene.
Broadbent was transported to WYNN Hospital for her injuries.
Spinelli was evaluated by EMS on scene.
None of the injuries appeared life threatening.
Deputies determined that Broadbent was at fault for the accident and that she failed to stop for the stop sign located at the intersection of Koenig Road and New Floyd Road.

The accident remains under investigation.
