BURKE — Vermont State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Burke Hollow Road at approximately 4:49 p.m. Sept. 9.
Troopers made contact with the operator, identified as Andrew Hicks, 22, of Orleans.
Investigation revealed that Hicks had operated under the influence.
Hicks was charged with DUI first offense refusal and negligent operation.
He was processed and released on a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Sept. 29 at 8:30 a.m.
