SHOREHAM — Troopers were notified of a simple assault in the town of Shoreham on Sept. 12 at approximately 4:27 p.m.
Upon investigation, it was determined Scott Bouton, 62, of Shoreham, attempted to physically menace and put another in fear of imminent serious bodily injury.
Bouton was issued a citation to appear at the Addison County Superior Court on Nov. 10 at 12:30 p.m.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
