SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested Michael S. Neglia, 38, of Saugerties, following a dispute complaint Sept. 13 at about 1:35 a.m.
Neglia was charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, a misdemeanor, resulting from the investigation into the complaint.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and held pending arraignment at Central Arraignment Part court in Kingston.
