LEBANON — New Hampshire State Police have activated a Missing Vulnerable Adult/Silver Alert at the request of Lebanon police to help locate a missing man.
Louis McCoy was last seen at approximately 9:30 a.m. Sept. 14 when he left Home Depot at 296 Plainfield Road in Lebanon.
Police believe McCoy is on foot.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue Adidas hooded sweatshirt and dark boots.
According to his family, McCoy suffers from dementia.
