ATV operator sought in Waterville after fleeing deputies twice

WATERVILLE — Members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol are attempting to identify the operator of an ATV involved in two separate failure to comply incidents Sept. 13.

According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, the operator fled from deputies on Sanger Avenue and White Street around 4:48 p.m.

Anyone with information about the incident or the operator is asked to contact the Waterville Field Office Patrol at 315-725-2006 and speak to Deputy Petrie.

Police have not released any more information at this time.
