MILTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary call Wednesday at 11:32 a.m. at 900 Rock City Road.
Investigation into the complaint led to the arrest of Lisa A. O’Donnell, 48, of Milton.
O’Donnell was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.
She also faces charges of criminal contempt in the 1st degree and menacing in the 1st degree, both class E felonies.
O’Donnell is accused of possessing a dangerous instrument having previously been convicted of a crime.
She is also accused of violating an order of protection by intentionally attempting to place another person in reasonable fear of physical injury by displaying that dangerous instrument, which was reportedly a knife.
The menacing charge was upgraded to a felony due to a previous menacing conviction within the preceding 10 years.
O’Donnell was arraigned before the Honorable Timothy M. Brown in the Milton Town Court.
She was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
