EDMESTON — Elizabeth Stowers, 33, was arrested Sept. 9 following an investigation into a disorderly subject complaint, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Stowers was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment in the second degree and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.
Deputies said Stowers created loud and unreasonable noise by screaming loudly enough to be a disturbance and screaming profanities.
The defendant also spit on law enforcement and resisted arrest, according to the sheriff’s office.
Stowers was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Edmeston Town Court at a later date.
