Pawtucket police arrest 2 men on outstanding warrants

PAWTUCKET — Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested two men on outstanding warrants Sept. 10.

Jamal Boleman, 46, of 98 Summit Street Apartment 1L, was arrested on three Providence Superior Court bench warrants for failure to appear for presentment as a violator.

The warrants stem from original charges of reckless driving from the Providence Police Department, possession of a Schedule I-V substance from the Central Falls Police Department, and eluding from the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Barracks.

Boleman was taken into custody and turned over to Providence Police Department members on scene.

In a separate arrest, Dakota Lemieux, 26, whose last known address was 621 Central Street, was arrested by the task force and Pawtucket police on an affidavit and arrest warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Lemieux was taken into custody without incident and turned over to Pawtucket Police Department members.
