NIAGARA FALLS — A 46-year-old Niagara Falls man was arrested Sept. 4 on multiple felony drug charges following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.
Robert Smith faces four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree, according to Sheriff Michael Filicetti.
Smith also was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree.
Additional charges include two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the fifth degree and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.
Smith was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
