WATERBURY — Troopers from the Berlin Barracks received a report of tumultuous behavior at an apartment complex located at 36 State Drive on Sept. 9 at approximately 2:02 p.m.
Investigation revealed Estelle Wickwire, 56, of Waterbury, acted in a tumultuous manner toward Jamie Martin, 38, of Waterbury.
The behavior violated Wickwire’s court-ordered conditions of release.
The incident occurred in front of a juvenile.
Wickwire was issued a citation to appear at Washington County Criminal Court on Sept. 10 at 12:30 p.m.
