ELMIRA — The Elmira Police Department is attempting to identify an individual in connection with a larceny that occurred at Shulman’s on East Washington Avenue.
The suspect entered a vehicle and stole a wallet containing identification and credit cards.
Police have released a photo of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identification.
Anyone who recognizes the person or has information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Elmira Police Department at 607-737-5626.
