EAST MONTPELIER — The Vermont State Police received a report of a domestic assault on Sanders Circle at 10:18 p.m. Friday.
Investigation revealed Todd Jones, 41, of Williamstown caused bodily injury to a domestic partner.
Jones was issued a citation for second degree aggravated domestic assault.
He is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Monday at 12:30 p.m.
The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.
