BERWICK — The Berwick Police Department reported several arrests over a two-week period in late August and early September.
On Aug. 22, a juvenile was charged at about 8:30 p.m. with operating an unregistered ATV and operating an ATV on a public way.
The juvenile was summonsed and released and is scheduled for arraignment in Biddeford on Nov. 13.
On Aug. 26, Kristin Sessler, 43, of South Berwick, was charged at about 1:40 p.m. with driving to endanger.
Sessler was summonsed and released and is scheduled for arraignment in Biddeford on Nov. 13.
On Aug. 28, Tina Baginski, 57, of Berwick, was charged at about 5 p.m. with violating conditions of release.
Baginski was summonsed and released and is scheduled for arraignment in Biddeford on Nov. 13.
On Aug. 29, Dominic Small, 28, of Lebanon, was charged at about 1:30 p.m. with driving to endanger and operating under the influence.
Small was summonsed and released and is scheduled for arraignment in Biddeford on Nov. 13.
On Sept. 3, Baginski was charged again at about 4:38 p.m. with violating conditions of release.
She was bailed and released and is scheduled for arraignment in Biddeford on Nov. 13.
Also on Sept. 3, Owen Theriault, 21, of Norway, was charged at about 7:21 p.m. with failure to register a motor vehicle.
Theriault was summonsed and released and is scheduled for arraignment in Biddeford on Nov. 13.
