STAR LAKE — New York State Police arrested a 23-year-old man for aggravated driving while intoxicated on Sept. 2.

Trent J. Lacombe of Star Lake was taken into custody after troopers responded to a complaint about an ATV on State Highway 3 in the town of Fine at approximately 12:31 a.m.

The investigation revealed that Lacombe was operating a yellow and blue 2008 Suzuki ATV erratically in the parking lot of the Circle K gas station.

Lacombe had left the scene by the time troopers arrived, but they were able to review video surveillance footage that showed him driving the ATV.

Troopers located Lacombe and interviewed him about the incident.

During the interview, he exhibited signs of impairment.

Troopers administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests, which Lacombe failed.

He was arrested and transported to the State Police headquarters in Star Lake, where he provided a breath sample that indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.19%.

Lacombe was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Fine Court.
