MACEDON — The Macedon Police Department reports the arrest of Timothy E. McCoy, age 60, of Lake Avenue, Rochester, following a domestic investigation.
On Sept. 3 at around 7:56 a.m., Timothy arrived at his ex-girlfriend’s residence and proceeded to remove and damage a window screen.
Timothy reportedly made his way into the front of the apartment before the victim stated she was calling the police at which time Timothy fled the scene on foot.
Timothy was located by police walking west on Route 31 where he was taken into custody.
Timothy was transported to the Macedon Police Department and charged with Criminal Trespass in the second degree, Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, and Harassment in the second degree.
Timothy was turned over to the Wayne County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
A full stay away order of protection was requested.
