CUBA — A 23-year-old Amity, New York woman was arrested Thursday night on multiple motor vehicle violations following a complaint to police.
Cynthia D. Shipman was taken into custody at approximately 9:34 p.m. Aug. 29, according to the Cuba Police Department.
Shipman was charged with broken windshield, improper license plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle without inspection and operating a motor vehicle with unsafe tires, all violations.
She also faces a charge of operating with registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Shipman was issued traffic citations and released.
