ROME — Members from New York State Parole, with assistance from the Rome Police Department, apprehended 22-year-old Keyan Fancher of Rome on Wednesday, Sept. 3.
Fancher was taken into custody on an active New York State Parole warrant, as well as an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Rome City Court for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.
Following his arrest, Fancher was processed at Rome Police Department Headquarters and subsequently transported to the Oneida County Jail.
