BATH — Bath Police Officers were dispatched to a business on West Morris Street around 7:38 p.m. Sept. 3 for a report of a female who was trespassing.
Officers spoke with the female and advised her that she was under arrest.
She then resisted arrest.
Officers arrested Tara Wilcox, 36, of Bath for trespass, a violation, and resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor.
Wilcox was processed on her arrest and then released on an appearance ticket.
Wilcox is currently on parole until 2027.
