DANNEMORA — New York State Police responded to State Road in the village of Dannemora for an ATV accident on Sept. 2 at approximately 6:09 p.m.
An investigation determined a red 2003 all-terrain vehicle, operated by Steven Jaquish, age 57, of Dannemora, was traveling on State Road when he lost control causing his ATV to overturn and Jaquish was ejected.
Jaquish was airlifted to the University of Vermont Medical Center for further medical treatment.
Further investigation revealed Jaquish was being treated for non-life-threatening injuries and is in stable condition.
This is an ongoing investigation.
