3 arrested on felony, warrant charges in Chemung County

ELMIRA — Three people were arrested Sept. 3 on various charges including felonies and outstanding warrants in Chemung County.

James P. Dann, 33, of Marathon, was arrested on an active arrest warrant for grand larceny in the fourth degree, a Class E felony, issued by Veteran Town Court on March 29.

Dann was arraigned by Veteran Town Court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail.

Timothy S. Eames, 41, of Elmira, was arrested for criminal contempt in the first degree, a Class E felony, for violating an order of protection in the town of Southport.

Eames was arraigned by Southport Town Court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail.

Jada T. Head, 25, of Elmira, was arrested on an active bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of petit larceny, issued by Horseheads Town Court on Aug. 15.

Head was arraigned by Horseheads Town Court and released.
