CAMBRIDGE — Vermont State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Route 109 near 1645 on Sept. 4 at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Corey Barry, 39, of Waterville was traveling north on Route 109 when he failed to maintain his lane of travel and crossed over the double yellow line into the southbound lane, according to police.
Barry’s 2008 Subaru Outback struck a 2021 Toyota Rav 4 operated by Jessica Webber, 44, of Waterville.
Webber had a passenger, Julie Dauth, 43, of Waterville.
Both vehicles sustained disabling damage, with Barry’s vehicle suffering front-end damage and Webber’s vehicle sustaining driver’s side rear damage.
No injuries were reported and all occupants were wearing seat belts.
Road conditions were dry and weather was clear at the time of the crash.
Vermont State Police was assisted by the Cambridge Fire Department, Notch Road Auto and Stones Auto.
Barry was issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for driving to the right, which carries a $220 waiver and 2 points.
