NORFOLK — A 32-year-old Norfolk man was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation following a two-car accident Sept. 2.
Jonathan Cerone was charged by the Norfolk Town Police Department after an investigation into the crash at the intersection of State Highway 56 and County Route 40.
Police charged Cerone with violating New York State Vehicle and Traffic Laws, failure to yield right of way and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
He was cited and released.
